About ICANN Events

ICANN Public Meetings are central to ICANN’s multistakeholder model. They provide a venue for learning about ICANN, advancing policy work, conducting outreach, exchanging best practices, conducting business deals, and interacting with members of the ICANN community, Board, and organization.

Designed to meet a diverse range of needs for ICANN’s Supporting Organizations and Advisory Committees (SO/ACs), staff, and newcomers alike, an average ICANN Meeting accepts more than 350 submissions to schedule in twelve simultaneous sessions spanning four to six days.

Register to Attend

Online pre-registration is available for all ICANN Public Meetings. We strongly encourage all participants to pre-register in order to facilitate quicker on-site check in and allows for better meeting planning.

Registration is available at the meeting venue during posted hours for participants to register and check in.

All attendees will be required to present valid government-issued identification at the registration desk before receiving printed credentials.

What are the registration fees?

Attendance at an ICANN meeting is free to the general public, although you will have to pay for your own travel and lodging. ICANN negotiates group discount rates at the host hotel and hotels nearby to help make ICANN events more affordable. For more information, visit: https://meetings.icann.org.
